This Refund Policy applies to all digital fitness programs and content sold by IronPeak Performance LLC ("IronPeak," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
We sell digital fitness programs that are delivered electronically and made available for immediate access and download. Because of the instant and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales are final upon access.
No refunds are provided after a program has been accessed or downloaded. Once you have gained access to the digital content, the sale is considered complete and is non-refundable.
2. Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital fitness programs cannot be "returned." Once content has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be un-delivered. This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property while allowing us to offer instant access to our programs.
3. Before You Purchase

4. Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, were billed more than once for the same order, or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review verified billing errors and technical access issues on a case-by-case basis.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from any fitness program vary based on effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.
